Renaissance is a forum for discussing pressing social, cultural and spiritual issues.

This sight is hosted by Renaissance Church in Lawerence, KS.  At Renaissance we believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ is holistic.  That means that it speaks not only to the salvation of souls, but to the whole man.  Because of this we believe that God is concerned with the social, cultural and spiritual well being of all humanity.

While we highly value dialogue, we realize that talk is cheap.  It’s easy to talk about serving the poor, or caring for those in need, it another thing altogether to actually do it.   It is our hope that readers will move beyond dialogue to full on social, cultural and spiritual engagement.
